The Bourbon Vanilla petit four is composed of layers of delicate cake, alternating with an exquisite Madagascan “Bourbon” vanilla buttercream. A layer of Lübecker almond marzipan tops the cake, which is then enrobed in a deliciously smooth white vanilla glaze. Finally, the cakes are topped with a striking claret flower.
